MIRA-Search is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's ongoing operations and procedures, ensuring our business strategies align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the marketing landscape, capable of driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. As COO, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and other executive team members to enhance our competitive position, optimize performance, and accelerate company growth. You will also play an integral role in shaping corporate policies, managing risk, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability among staff. Your leadership will ensure that MIRA-Search remains at the forefront of the industry, leveraging data-driven decisions to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
2. Oversee daily operations, ensuring that business processes align with the company's objectives
3. Collaborate with the executive team to enhance strategic planning and maintain a high-performance culture
4. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficacy and drive continuous improvement
5. Manage relationships with partners and vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives
6. Lead budgeting processes and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency
7. Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous learning among employees

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a COO in experience within the Development Industry and UAE Market
2. Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business strategies and initiatives
4. Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a knack for managing cross-functional teams
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering relationships with stakeholders
6. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude, capable of making data-driven decisions
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
