We're looking for a Chief of Staff to join our executive team at the group level. This dynamic role supports the Group CEO and works alongside the CEOs of four subsidiary companies, enhancing collaboration, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring our initiatives align with group-wide priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner: Collaborate with the executive team to shape and implement impactful strategies across all subsidiaries.
Project Leadership: Drive and align cross-functional projects with group objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration and synergy.
Dispute Resolution: Act as a mediator, facilitating effective dispute resolution to maintain cohesion across entities.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes and enhance productivity at every level.
Cultural Champion: Represent our values and promote a unified culture across the group.
Requirements:
Executive Leadership: 10+ years in executive roles, including 5+ years at the group or multi-entity level, supporting C-level executives in complex, multi-subsidiary organizations.
Operations & Project Management: Proven track record in executive operations, project management, and leading cross-functional initiatives to optimize performance.
Conflict Resolution & Communication: Skilled in conflict resolution with exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging senior leaders and maintaining alignment.
Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that align with group-wide objectives.
Communication & Mediation: Expertise in conflict resolution and mediation to ensure harmony across diverse teams.
Advanced Project Management: Proficient in managing large-scale projects across multiple teams and entities.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess and improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Degree Requirements: Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred, or a related field.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Conflict Manager are a plus.
