Exa's goal is to organize the world's knowledge and make a huge business while doing so. Turns out that involves a huge number of tasks! We're looking for a Chief of Staff to join the two cofounders (Will and Jeff) in managing all those tasks, from financial modeling to legal correspondence to recruiting processes. You'll work with us every day to make sure the company is moving as fast as we can toward a very exciting goal.

Desired Experience

• Previous experience solving multi-faceted problems in a fast-paced environment
• Excited to wear many hats (sales, marketing, backend, frontend, etc.)
• Both high IQ and EQ
• Care about the problem of finding high-quality knowledge and recognize how important this is for the world
