Responsibilities
Successful full-stack CMO of a consumer D2C category-creating company who has led and scaled marketing orgs from tens of millions in revenue and beyond.
Strong brand strategy & marketing foundation: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy. Responsible for 60% of focus on brand building and marketing philosophy and 40% performance marketing / growth.
Experience successfully scaling and running a native digital business, ideally with experience in subscription, new-to-market, and high-consideration products.
Operational leader and architect: Capable of architecting the marketing organization, identifying critical roles, and building a high performing team.
Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of profit and loss (P&L) and general management. Must not only be a creative marketer but also a strategic thinker with brand-centric approaches.
Entrepreneurial marketer with a crystal clear vision, extreme bias for action, and knack for growth and excitement about category creation.
