Responsibilities:

- Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging digital platforms to stay ahead of the curve and implement innovative marketing approaches.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize impact.
- Foster and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the continuous development of talent.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategy, data analytics, and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of brand messaging, customer engagement, and retention optimization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive marketing decisions based on insights.
- Experience in campaign optimization, including A/B testing and performance metrics analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
