Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the global marketing strategy for a tech company, which specializes in providing payment solutions, iGaming white-label services, and iGaming platforms. This is a key leadership role that will drive business growth through global client acquisition and engagement in the competitive iGaming industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract clients worldwide. The role will involve both digital and offline marketing efforts, establishing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to target clients in the iGaming and payment solutions space.
- Position the company as a leader in the industry by identifying trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Identify and engage with potential clients across the globe through targeted outreach campaigns.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and gaming operators, platforms, and payment solution providers.
- Lead marketing efforts to onboard interested parties in various regions, ensuring a customized approach to each market.
- Represent the company at major gaming conferences and exhibitions around the world.
- Plan and manage company presence, including setting up kiosks, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities to generate leads and showcase offerings.
- Foster connections with industry stakeholders and expand the company’s global network.
- Lead the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and case studies to effectively promote the company’s iGaming and payment solutions.
- Develop digital campaigns, including content marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising to reach potential clients.
- Build and maintain the company’s brand reputation in the global market.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work cross-functionally with the product, sales, and development teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales strategies.
- Set KPIs and marketing goals, regularly analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve client acquisition and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of marketing experience in the tech or iGaming industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of global client acquisition and lead generation in a B2B or B2C context.
- Experience with setting up and managing booths at industry conferences and events.
- Strong knowledge of the iGaming industry, payment solutions, and global market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally to attend industry conferences and meet clients.
