Responsibilities:

  2. Team Leadership:
    • Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing team, encouraging continual skill enhancement and creative thinking.
    • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  3. Digital Marketing Mastery:
    • Oversee digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing for ROI.
    • Harness data analytics to refine digital strategies and gain deeper consumer insights.
  4. Budget & Resource Management:
    • Allocate marketing resources judiciously, optimizing for impact while ensuring cost efficiency.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to align marketing strategies with company financial objectives.
  5. Agency & Partner Collaboration:
    • Establish and nurture relationships with external marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. A Master's Degree in Marketing or Business.
  2. 15+ years in the marketing field, with a substantial tenure in leadership roles within the consumer goods sector.
  3. A proven track record of driving brand growth and navigating complex marketing challenges.
  4. Deep familiarity with both traditional and digital marketing channels.
