Job Description

• Develop and implement personalized life insurance strategies tailored to clients' unique financial goals and needs.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, ensuring clients receive the most competitive products.
• Lead and mentor a team of insurance advisors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to assess client risks and ensure appropriate coverage solutions are recommended.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are highly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in the life insurance industry, with a proven track record in sales and client management.
