Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

An organisation are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of our company. The CFO will be responsible for managing the company’s financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Industry: The ideal candidate must have experience in sectors such as Digital Assets, Investments, Crypto, Oil, and Gas.

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with our business goals.
2. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the company’s financial health.
3. Manage the company’s investment portfolio and make strategic investment decisions.
4. Perform risk management by analyzing the company’s liabilities and investments.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
6. Prepare financial reports and present financial information to stakeholders.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, vendors, and other external partners.
8. Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for the company’s operations.
9. Lead financial audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, CA, or other equivalent globally recognized professional qualification).
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience within corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
3. Relevant industry experience in sectors such as Digital Assets, Investments, Crypto, Oil, and Gas.
4. Experience in managing and implementing enterprise information management and IT systems, including SAP.
5. Regional work experience is a plus.
6. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of financial data.
