Job Description:

As the CFO of NIAN Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the financial strategies that fuel our growth and investment efforts. You will oversee all aspects of financial management, help our portfolio companies achieve scalability, and provide strategic direction to maximize returns on investments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure NIAN Ventures continues to grow and thrive across the MENA region and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Oversee financial operations, reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and executive team, supporting decision-making for venture investments and new opportunities.
• Evaluate and manage investment opportunities in both early-stage and turnaround companies, ensuring alignment with NIAN Ventures’ growth goals.
• Implement financial strategies that support our hands-on operational approach with venture founders.
• Collaborate with founders of our portfolio companies to develop scalable financial models and optimize financial performance.
• Ensure the effective deployment of financial and human capital to support ventures at different stages of growth.
• Establish strong financial controls and reporting systems across the organization and portfolio companies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CPA, or CFA is strongly preferred.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in a senior finance role, ideally within venture capital, private equity, or high-growth companies.
• Prior experience in the MENA or European markets is highly desirable.
• Experience working with early-stage startups or turnaround businesses in an operational capacity is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong knowledge of venture capital, private equity, and startup financing.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with the regulatory environment in the MENA region.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
