Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth, providing insights to the executive team.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Banking Relations: Manage banking partnerships, transactions, and credit facilities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Ensure accurate financial reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Operational Support: Enhance financial processes, cost management, and system improvements.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team.
• Risk Management: Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Investor Relations: Maintain transparency with investors and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor&aposs in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• Experience: 8-10 years in finance, including 3-5 years in leadership, ideally in fintech/payments.
• Skills: Strong financial acumen, banking relationship management, financial planning, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
