Chief Financial Officer

Hiring CFO for our real estate development client in Dubai. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CFO to lead our financial operations and drive strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire finance operation, ensuring accuracy in financial statements, budgets, and management accounts.
• Supervise contract details, payment transactions, and inventory movements.
• Liaise with external auditors, ensuring timely resolutions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and guide the finance team across our operations in Dubai and Afghanistan.
• Produce cash flow forecasts and manage tax liabilities efficiently.
• Advise senior management on financial implications of business strategies and initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of financial reporting and compliance, addressing auditor observations promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO for minimum 5 years in real estate development companies in UAE.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
