Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the Role:

Our client, a leading Construction Group in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive its financial strategy, corporate governance, and capital market activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's expansion plans and long-term vision.
• IPO Preparation & Execution: Lead the financial and regulatory aspects of the company's initial public offering (IPO), ensuring compliance with stock exchange requirements.
• Capital Markets & Investor Relations: Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Corporate Governance & Compliance: Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk frameworks to meet local and international regulations.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison with banks, auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 15+ years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record in IPO execution, capital markets, and financial restructuring.
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is required.
• Big 4 audit firm background with experience in corporate finance, M&A, or investment banking is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, tax structuring, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
