Chief Executive Officer (Real Estate)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, strategic vision, and operational excellence within the real estate sector. This role is based in Dubai, UAE, and requires an individual who can drive the company's growth and ensure its continued success in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan in alignment with the overall business objectives.

- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the company's real estate portfolio.

- Lead the company through significant growth phases, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate initiatives.

2. Operational Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Implement best practices in property management, development, and investment strategies.

3. Financial Oversight:

- Lead the financial planning and analysis to ensure the company meets its revenue targets and maintains profitability.

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial dealings.

- Drive investor relations and ensure effective communication with shareholders and stakeholders.

4. Team Leadership & Development:

- Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

- Mentor and develop senior leadership, ensuring a strong succession pipeline.

- Encourage continuous improvement and professional development within the organization.

5. Market Analysis & Innovation:

- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in real estate.

- Innovate and adapt business models to respond to market shifts and maintain competitive advantage.

- Guide the company in leveraging digital transformation and proptech innovations.

6. Stakeholder Management:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors, clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.

- Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and public engagements.

- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

7. Corporate Governance:

- Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance and ensure adherence to company policies.

- Oversee risk management strategies and ensure the company’s long-term sustainability.

- Drive the company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives and commitment to sustainability.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

- A minimum of 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale real estate portfolios and leading complex transactions.

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage and grow a profitable business.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in the Dubai real estate market or GCC region is highly desirable.

- Visionary leader with a strategic mindset and the ability to execute effectively.
