The CEO of YJOZ will lead the company’s mission to create a profitable, sustainable rental marketplace in the UAE and beyond, transforming YJOZ into the region’s go-to platform for renting a variety of items. This role involves driving YJOZ’s strategic vision, achieving business growth, maximizing revenue, and positioning YJOZ as an innovative leader in the circular economy.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision & Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to make YJOZ the leading platform for renting various goods, with a focus on sustainability and customer convenience.
Identify and expand into profitable categories within the rental market, analyzing customer demand trends to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
Build brand awareness and position YJOZ as a unique, user-friendly, and trusted platform through targeted marketing and partnerships.
Revenue Growth:
Set and achieve aggressive growth and revenue targets by establishing monetization models such as subscription services, commission-based earnings, or premium features.
Identify and diversify revenue streams by adding categories based on market trends and customer needs, starting with profitable and high-demand items.
Oversee pricing strategies, promotional efforts, and customer acquisition initiatives to ensure a competitive and profitable platform.
Operational Excellence:
Build a scalable and efficient operational framework, ensuring YJOZ’s infrastructure supports growth and high user engagement.
Establish KPIs for product and service quality, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency to maintain a high standard of service.
Implement systems for user feedback and continuous improvement to enhance user experience and loyalty.
Team Leadership:
Assemble and lead a high-performing team with expertise in marketing, technology, business development, and customer service.

Financial Management & Investor Relations:

Engage with investors and stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and financial forecasts.
Secure additional funding if necessary and manage investor relationships to support YJOZ’s growth and innovation objectives.
