Our client is seeking a CEO who can lead a transformation to deliver the next chapter of growth for this organisation.

The Role:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will report to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for driving the overall strategic direction of the organization, including revenue growth, operational excellence, financial performance, market positioning, and organizational development. This role will lead the design, development, and implementation of transformative business strategies aimed at aligning the company’s people, resources, and operations with its long-term vision, values, and goals.

The CEO will excel in revenue generation, with the ability to unlock profits across the company’s diverse portfolio of business opportunities. They will enhance underperforming assets, rejuvenating existing offerings and drive revenue growth through strategic execution. The CEO will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, optimizing pricing models to meet market demand and expanding profitability across various product and service lines. They will focus on maximizing per-client revenue by developing premium offerings and identifying cross-selling opportunities to increase engagement and value.

In marketing and branding, the CEO will act as a strategic leader, positioning the company’s brand effectively against larger competitors. They will differentiate the organization by highlighting key attributes such as value, authenticity, and strong customer centricity. The CEO will design campaigns that elevate the company’s offerings, using data-driven insights and targeted outreach to cultivate strong customer loyalty and solidify the brand’s reputation. With an extensive background in marketing, the CEO will ensure that the company remains competitive and maintains a compelling presence in the market.

With robust financial expertise, the CEO will demonstrate a sharp command of managing the organization’s financial health. They will have experience overseeing P&Ls, identifying cost efficiencies, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The CEO will manage cash flow, adapt to market fluctuations, and maintain financial resilience. They will focus on key performance indicators, ensuring financial targets are met and that the organization operates with strong profitability across business units.

Candidate Qualifications

Key Strengths and Abilities

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  2. 10+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in business, commercial, or industry.
  3. Strong financial acumen with a proven track record in revenue growth and cost management.
  4. Expertise in marketing, branding, and sales. Ability to champion the full customer journey.
  5. Deep knowledge of operations management, underpinned by strong executional skills.
  6. Exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven history of creating impact with large groups of highly skilled professionals.
  7. Ability to drive innovation and adapt to changing industry trends.
  8. Be able to champion the company's tech ecosystem and align it with the vision and strategy of the business.

Educational and Background Checks will be performed.
