Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to helm one of the region's most prominent family businesses. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing multiple subsidiary businesses driving strategic alignment, financial growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a group-wide strategy for business expansion and profitability.
2. Lead P&L management and financial optimization across diverse industries.
3. Provide executive leadership and mentorship to subsidiary CEOs/GMs.
4. Identify and drive investment and growth opportunities.
5. Foster innovation, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Proven experience as a CEO / Group CEO leading large diversified businesses.
2. Strong P&L ownership and strategic leadership capabilities.
3. Expertise in stakeholder management and high-stakes decision-making.
4. Deep understanding of the MENA business landscape, ideally in a family business environment.
5. Arabic language proficiency preferred for effective regional engagement.
