Chief Delivery Officer – MEA (Middle East and Africa)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) for the MEA region, responsible for leading and expanding our delivery operations across the Middle East and Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology services, delivery management, and business growth, with the ability to set up an office and drive sales from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and scale operations in the MEA region, ensuring a strong local presence.
• Drive sales and business development initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Collaborate with the global delivery team to align strategies and optimize service offerings.
• Take full responsibility for the P&L, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability.
• Build and lead a high-performing team to support regional growth and service delivery excellence.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and business retention.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with client expectations.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must hold an authorized work permit for the Middle East region.
• Based out of UAE with extensive knowledge of the regional market dynamics.
• Proven experience in setting up and managing operations in the MEA region.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth from the ground up.
• Experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Background in IT services, consulting, or technology-driven businesses preferred.
