Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute an enterprise-wide data strategy aligned with our business objectives
2. Build and lead a high-performing Office of Data, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization
3. Drive the modernization of data infrastructure and governance frameworks
4. Partner with C-suite executives to leverage data as a strategic asset for decision-making
5. Champion data innovation initiatives, including AI/ML implementation and advanced analytics
6. Ensure regulatory compliance and robust data security measures

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. 15+ years of progressive data leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role within financial services
2. Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise data organizations
3. Strong strategic vision combined with practical implementation experience
4. Experience leading large-scale data transformation initiatives
5. Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in financial services
6. Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
7. Advanced degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Analytics, Business Administration)
