Job Description
A Chief Concierge manages the concierge team to provide assistance and information about local area attractions to guests and patrons, offering a wide selection of choices and alternatives to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include organization and control processes in the area of concierge, hotel entrance, and luggage storage. Exceed guests' expectations through high-quality service and cost-effective use of resources while implementing corporate and operating targets.
What will I be doing?
As a Chief Concierge, you will supervise the Concierge Team and set departmental goals to help Team Members create an exceptional guest and customer experience. You will manage the first impressions of our guests and must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
