Chief Commercial Officer

Job Description

To oversee the development and implementation of commercial strategies to accelerate revenue growth and profitability, including:

1. Sale of event/venue tickets
2. Direct B2B and B2C sales
3. Government sales
4. Partnerships and sponsorships

This role will involve regular collaboration with other Units, particularly Strategy and Venues.

Additional responsibilities include:

1. Support and coach the Executive Director of Sales to ensure financial targets are met.
2. Ensure the use of innovative tools, trackers, and systems to manage actual versus budget performance.
3. Collaborate with Strategy to gain and utilize insights and market intelligence.
