CHIEF CIVIL ENGINEER - OIL & GAS

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Oil & Gas Projects in the design field and should be having exposure in leading a team of Engineers and Designers. The ideal candidate will be required to work in coordination with our team in the office & site and need to develop a healthy rapport with the Client personnel. He should be enthusiastic, hardworking and willing to shoulder responsibilities to make activities happen at the right time.

Responsibilities

1. Independently participate in multiple projects.
2. Preparation of conceptual / facility definition & similar technical studies.
3. Design of equipment foundations, Pipe racks, Industrial Buildings.
4. Preparation of Material Requisitions, Bid Reviews, Technical Evaluation & Vendor Data review / approval.

Requirements

1. B.E or equivalent Civil / Structural Engineering Degree in Engineering from an accredited University, with a minimum of 15 years relevant work experience. Preference will be given for those candidates holding Post Graduation in Civil or Structural Engineering.
2. A leadership and communication skill to lead a team of discipline engineers and designers is a prerequisite.
3. Requires extensive experience in design of onshore Oil & Gas related projects.
4. Desirable expertise in relevant engineering software/s like STAD Pro, Math CAD.
5. Computer skills in MS-Office suite of software, including reasonable typewriting skills.
6. Introductory knowledge of AutoCAD and intelligent Software/s.
7. Technical Report writing skills.
8. Physically/medically fit to perform off-shore/on-shore site surveys/travels.
