Chief Business Officer – Real Estate Valuation

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 15,000 – 17,000

Experience Required: 7 – 10 years in Business Development or a similar role in real estate/banking sectors

Seeking an experienced Chief Business Officer to drive our growth within the real estate valuation sector. If you have strong connections in banking and real estate development and a strategic vision for business expansion, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies targeting banks, financial institutions, and developers to expand our client base.
2. Client Acquisition: Leverage existing industry relationships and forge new connections to secure valuation contracts.
3. Market Analysis: Research trends, competitor activities, and client needs to keep our services competitive.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with valuation, sales, marketing, and legal teams to meet client needs professionally.
5. Proposals & Contracts: Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate favorable contracts, and present to prospective clients.
6. Revenue Goals: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
7. Networking: Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
8. Client Relations: Manage service-level agreements with banks, respond to inquiries, and onboard new clients.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Chief Business Officer or Business Development Manager in real estate valuation or a related field.
2. Established network within UAE’s banking and real estate sectors.
3. In-depth knowledge of real estate valuation processes and UAE market trends.
4. Strong understanding of financial products and property valuations.
5. Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred.
6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
7. Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED 15,000.00 - AED 17,000.00 per month
