Position Overview:
My client seeks a passionate and highly engaging Chemistry Teacher to deliver top-tier lessons to GCSE and A-Level students. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in the classroom and a commitment to nurturing students’ academic growth and enthusiasm for the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Chemistry to GCSE and A-level students, delivering challenging, effective, and engaging lessons.
• Experience to teach other science is also beneficial
• Design and implement lesson plans that promote deep understanding and mastery of the subject.
• Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment that encourages academic curiosity and personal development.
• Regularly monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and high-performing department.
• Engage with parents and school leadership to support student success and development.

Key Requirements:

• A degree in Chemistry, Science, or a related field.
• A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Mandatory experience teaching Chemistry at GCSE and A-Level.
• Proven success in delivering excellent results at both GCSE and A-Level.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
