- Ensure timely sample collection as per the quality control plan.
- Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and final products to ensure compliance with concerned standards.
- Conduct physical and chemical analysis using analytical techniques (Wet Chemistry) and precision instruments (WDXRF, Particle Size Analyzer).
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), test methods, and work instructions.
- Maintain documentation and traceability of test data, calibration records, and certifications.
- Perform calibration, maintenance, and performance validation of laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly reports, test certificates, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support internal and external audits as per ISO 9001:2015.
- Address audit findings and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor performance, recommend improvements, and drive continuous process evaluations to maintain quality and reliability.
- Provide training for lab technicians to enhance performance and ensure adherence to procedures.
- Address non-conformances (NSs) raised internally, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and closure to maintain customer satisfaction and compliance.
