Chemist

Job Description

The Chemist will be responsible for carrying out laboratory experiments as well as research and development tasks. The successful candidate will need to develop and test new compounds, analyze existing compounds, record results, interpret data and suggest new methods. They must also maintain the necessary equipment and supplies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Chemistry or related field. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Good knowledge of chemistry principles, theories and experimentation is essential. Candidates must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
