We are seeking an experienced Chemist to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The successful candidate will have a competent understanding of chemistry and chemical processes, enabling them to fulfill a range of duties within our state-of-the-art laboratory.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as being proficient in relevant IT systems.

Responsibilities

1. Developing, refining and improving chemical processes in order to maximize product yield and quality
2. Planning and conducting laboratory experiments, investigating the effects of process variables, such as temperature, pressure, time and additives
3. Analysing, interpreting and reporting results to senior staff

Requirements

1. BSc or MSc in Chemistry or related field
2. Previous experience working in a laboratory is required
3. Familiarity with laboratory safety procedures
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
