Chemist

We are looking for a Chemist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, Dubai. We offer a salary of 1200 and we are open to considering a foreigner for the position.

The Chemist will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests on materials and samples to ensure they meet safety, quality, and performance standards. This includes:

1. Conducting physical tests
2. Analyzing data
3. Troubleshooting issues with laboratory equipment and instruments
4. Keeping detailed records of test results
5. Reporting results to relevant personnel

The Chemist will also be responsible for performing experiments to develop new products or processes or modify existing ones, as well as ensuring that all safety policies and protocols are followed at all times in the lab.

Qualifications for the role include:

1. A degree in Chemistry or related field
2. Knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols
3. Experience using industry standard laboratory equipment
4. Excellent problem solving skills
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Attention to detail
7. Good written and verbal communication skills
8. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
9. Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Excel is also beneficial
