Chemical Sales Executive - Dubai (Spanish Speaker)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the chemical sector, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in various industries, including oil & gas, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities for product expansion and competitive advantages.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations that highlight technical specifications and benefits to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns showcasing product offerings and industry applications.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to product use and applications.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure alignment with current standards.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management to inform strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in chemical properties and applications.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of direct sales experience in the chemical industry, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Certifications in sales methodologies, such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales, are highly desirable.
  • Experience working with diverse markets, particularly in the Middle East, showcasing cultural adaptability and local market knowledge.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong technical skills in chemical products, enabling effective communication of complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
