Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the chemical sector, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in various industries, including oil & gas, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities for product expansion and competitive advantages.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations that highlight technical specifications and benefits to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns showcasing product offerings and industry applications.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to product use and applications.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure alignment with current standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in chemical properties and applications.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of direct sales experience in the chemical industry, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Certifications in sales methodologies, such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales, are highly desirable.
- Experience working with diverse markets, particularly in the Middle East, showcasing cultural adaptability and local market knowledge.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages considered a significant advantage.
- Strong technical skills in chemical products, enabling effective communication of complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
