Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes in accordance with project deliverables and production schedules.
2. Analyze and interpret data from various stages of product development to ensure quality and specifications are met.
3. Collaborate with R&D and quality assurance teams to refine product formulations and pilot new projects.
4. Implement safety procedures for handling dangerous chemicals and conduct risk assessments.
5. Maintain compliance with environmental laws and regulations relating to chemical manufacturing.
6. Continuously seek to improve process efficiency and reduce waste, contributing to the company's sustainability goals.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or a closely related industry.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using chemical engineering software and tools.
4. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
5. Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
