Chemical Engineer

• Develop and optimize chemical processes for the production of foam and ABC powder, taking into account safety, cost, and efficiency.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify and solve problems in the production process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to foam and ABC powder production, such as quality control problems or equipment malfunctions.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source raw materials and equipment for foam and ABC powder production.

What we need in you to be successful in this role:

• Good understanding of the fundamentals of chemical engineering including surface tension, film formation, material and fluid dynamics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and mixing phenomena.
• Capable of identifying new methods of manufacturing chemicals and creating the process.
• Capable of preparing MSDS and technical datasheets of the foam concentrates.
