CHEF DE PARTIE

• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
• Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef
• Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required. Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation / Service Management; Hospitality / Tourism Management or similar fields.

• You are responsible for the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities
