1. Minimum of 2 years work experience in hotel industry
2. Must have experience working in hot and cold kitchen
3. Arabic cuisine experience is a plus
4. Knowledge of different kinds of cuisines
5. Good communication skills
6. Should have Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate
7. Willing to work in Fujairah
8. Must be in UAE
