We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and preparing delicious meals that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills and an eye for detail. A passion for cooking, knowledge of food safety regulations, and a commitment to high standards of customer service are essential.

The successful applicant must have at least two years of experience as a Chef or in a similar role in the hospitality or restaurant industry, as well as a certification from a recognized culinary institution. The ability to work independently and under pressure is also required.

The primary duties of this position include:

3. Managing the kitchen staff
4. Overseeing food preparation and presentation
5. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
6. Monitoring food costs and wastage levels
7. Liaising with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals
