Key Requirements:

1. 5+ years previous Chartering experience.
2. Strong background in fixing Panamax vessels.
3. Must have experience fixing across the Atlantic region.
4. Expertise in voyage execution and charter party negotiations.
5. Ability to work effectively with brokers, owners, and operators.
