Managing the budgets, expenditures, and other financial aspects of Numerous Operations.
Responsibilities:
Preparing financial forecasts to determine budgets, expenses, and extra funds required.
Preparing reports as requested by management, including budgets, daily reporting, and financial statements.
Generating Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, and Annual financial reports to detail company revenues and expenses.
Maintaining robust financial records for businesses for regulatory reporting and taxation.
Accurately performing daily cash functions, including accounts payable and receivable tracking, budgeting, payroll transactions, expense management, and various reconciliations.
Review and approve departmental expense reports.
Using accounting software to perform bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Automated basic accounting procedures to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
Preparing Monthly & Quarterly tax returns and reviewing submitted documentation with auditors.
Assisting in payments processing procedures adopted by the company.
Reviewing accounting entries and ledger balances at regular intervals.
Preparing profit and loss statements & investments on a seasonal basis or event basis.
Performing petty cash functions.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
