Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our dynamic team. As our Chartered Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the financial management and decision-making process of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing and overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
2. Accurately maintaining all financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
3. Performing financial analysis and presenting reports to support decision-making by the senior management team.
4. Providing expert advice and guidance on financial strategies and policies.
5. Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
6. Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure financial goals are met.
7. Staying up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and legislation to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
8. Mentoring junior staff and providing training on financial best practices.
9. Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant certifications.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
