Responsible for overall channel planning and standardised management of Automobile in the Middle East and Africa regions;
Develop and execute channel strategies to maximize partner engagement and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new channel opportunities and optimize existing partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, offering ongoing support and resources to enhance their performance.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create tailored promotional materials and campaigns that drive partner sales initiatives.
Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve partner effectiveness and drive results.
Based on the development trend of new energy vehicles in the region, innovate channel development models, management methods, and enhance channel competitiveness;
Collaborate with sales to complete channel development tasks, coordinate channel access audits, evaluate and assess, and exit management;
Organise channel policy training.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more work experience in sales management or channel management
Good communication, coordination, and execution skills ability
Priority given to whom with work experience in automobile OEM
Working language: English, proficiency in Chinese is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and influencing stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies based on insights.
Proven track record of successfully managing channel partnerships and driving sales growth through strategic initiatives.
