We are looking for a Channel BD Manager to join our team in Kuwait. This role is a key driver in our strategy to establish and manage strong relationships with banks and financial institutions across Kuwait, while also identifying new business opportunities to fuel growth.
Job Overview:
As the Channel BD Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with banks and financial institutions in Kuwait. You will be responsible for opening new business opportunities, managing partnerships, and driving growth in the financial sector. Arabic fluency is essential to navigate local markets effectively. You'll also have the exciting chance to work on other projects across the GCC region with our offices in KSA and UAE, giving you broader exposure to this dynamic financial region.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships: Establish and foster strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions across Kuwait.
New Business Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth in the financial sector.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure sustained collaboration and success both externally and internally.
Partnership Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships, from initiation to growth, ensuring continuous improvement and mutual benefits.
GCC Projects: Get involved in regional projects across the GCC, supporting our expansion and influence across the Middle East financial markets.
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
Business Development Expertise: Proven experience in business development, preferably in the banking or payments industry.
Partnership Management: Strong track record of managing partnerships and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.
Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Kuwait Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Kuwaiti market and the ability to navigate and establish strong connections.
