Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience

Provide regular updates and feedback on the status of the change initiative, including addressing any emerging issues or challenges.
Training and Support:
Design and implement training programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully navigate the change.
Ensure that employees have access to resources, support, and guidance during the transition.
Develop ongoing support mechanisms to reinforce learning and help employees adapt to the new way of working.

1. Change Management Methodologies
In-depth knowledge of change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model, Lewin's Change Management Model, and Prosci Change Management.
Ability to apply these methodologies effectively in a variety of organizational contexts, ensuring that the change process is structured and well-organized.
2. Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate the vision, objectives, and benefits of the change.
Ability to tailor communication for different audiences, from executives to front-line employees, ensuring alignment and understanding.
Proficiency in developing communication plans and materials, such as newsletters, presentations, and email updates.
3. Leadership and Influence
Strong leadership skills to guide, motivate, and inspire teams throughout the change process.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders, middle management, and front-line employees.
Capability to build trust and credibility by acting as a positive change agent within the organization.
