Change Management Specialist

Elish, Lead and manage change management strategy and roadmap by adopting a certified comprehensive approach
of change management activities modified for the Autonomous Operation Program, facilitating seamless transitions for
employees' daily work involves major shifts in mindset, processes, and technology. Oversee and realize business value, and
establish a strong foundation for identifying the right interventions, taking action and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent discipline along with a Master’s in Business Administration or Organization Development.
2. 5-6 years’ experience within the domain, including experience in Oil & Gas providing organizational development and internal consultation in a complex organization.
3. Excellent knowledge of technical software applications & workflows.
4. Certification in Change Management such as Prosci, ACMP or equivalent.
5. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
6. Excellent leadership and project management skills.
7. Proficient in English.
