Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our group of companies, ensuring financial health, making effective strategies to optimize cash flow, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions. Your expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis will be critical in driving the financial success of our diverse projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the group's overall business objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Involve in Commercial matters, such as arranging project finance, ensuring monthly projects profitability, meeting funds need, banks management, negotiating with contractor/sub-contractors payment terms, insurance arrangements, and legal matters.
• Collaborate with the executive team to formulate financial plans, annual budgets, and forecasts for all operational locations and business units.

• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations and strategic investments.
• Implement effective cash flow forecasting and planning processes to optimize working capital.

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial KPIs.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support decision-making at both strategic and operational levels.

• Lead the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to set realistic financial targets for each project and business unit.
• Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and take proactive measures to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, including banks and investors, to secure favorable financing terms and explore funding opportunities.
• Negotiate credit facilities and manage debt obligations efficiently.

• Implement robust financial risk management practices to safeguard the group's assets and investments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements across all operational jurisdictions.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and professional development plans for team members.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA) is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, with significant experience in managing cash flow, financial planning, and budgeting.
• Prior experience within diverse industries and multi-location operations, especially in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and other regions, is a definite advantage.
• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking abilities, with a demonstrated ability to use financial data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, including ERP, Tally, and other accounting software.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities effectively.
