The Job
The Role:
SandS Australia is seeking a strategic CFO to join our client’s leadership team in Dubai. The CFO will drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting while aligning financial goals with business growth, efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop strategies to support growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advise leadership on financial strategies and risk management.
- Optimize profitability and efficiency across departments.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA/CIMA/MBA/CPA preferred).
- 10+ years in finance, including senior management experience.
- Experience in financial leadership within FMCG, distribution, or retail.
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax laws.
- Expertise in financial management systems and ERP software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
