This is a high-impact leadership position requiring a dynamic executive with a strong background in private banking, investment management, and business development.
The role involves full P&L responsibility, overseeing operations, sales strategy, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring an existing network of HNW / UHNW clients and private banking professionals to accelerate the firms market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Expansion
- Define and execute strategic growth plans to strengthen market positioning.
- Develop and implement client acquisition and sales strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in wealth management and alternative investments.
- Establish and nurture key strategic partnerships.
Leadership & Team Management
- Build and lead a high-performing sales and relationship management team.
- Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and client engagement.
- Develop a strong corporate culture that fosters collaboration and performance.
Financial & Risk Management
- Develop and manage the business plan, budgeting, and P&L targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.
- Work closely with the Board to implement risk management frameworks.
- Provide strategic direction on investment opportunities and market expansion.
- Drive product innovation and develop high-value financial solutions.
- Report regularly to the Board of Directors on key performance metrics and business development strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Expertise
- 20+ years of experience in investment management, private banking, or wealth management.
- Minimum 3-5 years in an executive leadership role.
- Established network of HNW / UHNW clients and relationship managers.
- Proven track record in scaling businesses and driving AUM growth.
- Strong background in financial product development, alternative investments, and structured solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting (MBA preferred).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, risk management, and corporate governance.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and decision-making abilities.
