Job Description

• Oversee the strategic direction of MEP contracting projects, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to enhance business opportunities.
• Lead the financial management of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive profitability.
• Implement innovative technologies and practices in MEP contracting to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
• Drive business development initiatives, identifying new markets and opportunities to expand the company's footprint.
• Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies, building a skilled workforce to meet project demands.
• Champion sustainability practices in MEP operations, positioning the company as a leader in environmentally responsible contracting.
• Monitor project performance metrics to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums, enhancing brand visibility and positioning in the MEP contracting sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; a Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 15 years of experience in MEP contracting, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are highly desirable.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale MEP projects from inception to completion in Abudhabi & Alain.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of local and international building codes and industry standards.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of making data-driven decisions to optimize project performance.
