Job Summary

Our client, a premium cookware company established in 2020, is looking for a CEO Assistant.

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO and other staff with appointment setting, calendar management, correspondence and manage database.
  2. Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply and managing all aspects of the organization's office services.
  3. Managing the executives' schedule, communications and various administrative tasks.
  4. Act as the communication link between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.
  5. Prepare letters, presentations and data as well as maintaining files and records.
  6. Deal with correspondences and complaints.
  7. Book transports and accommodations.
  8. Manage day-to-day office operations including administration, supervise and monitor the work of administrative staff.
  9. Provide hospitality to guests and help create a welcoming environment.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience of 4+ years as an executive assistant or office manager.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  4. Excellent English language written and speaking skills.
