People & Culture: Lots of people stay here because of the people here. Some might leave but many times they come back because of the people and our culture. Do you want to be where others like to be?
Benefits: We offer unique benefits such as student loan repayment and a pension plan (paying you approximately 9% annually) along with many other competitive benefits. Our cost vs coverage is the best of the best. Many say they are the best in Atlanta.
Clinical Ladder: Our goal is to place candidates in departments they will thrive in. We also have a clinical ladder for those who aspire to grow their career into more specialized areas. If you get placed in a department that is not a great fit, we have an internal team to move you to a better unit/hiring manager so you can prosper. We prioritize internal candidates when it comes to growth. We offer residency programs on a rolling basis throughout the year, so Med/Surg RNs, for example, can apply to these at any time. Even though they will likely need a residency to move into a new specialty, they are paid based on years of experience, therefore their pay would not be affected at all.
Succession Planning: We do our best to train and mentor our staff, so if someone resigns, the next best person rises up. This creates an internal farm system which allows people to grow their career and feel inspired. Over 93% of our leadership jobs are filled internally with our existing staff.
If you value any or all of these qualities, apply today!
