3. Daily, weekly and monthly catering planning
4. Business development
5. Customer service standards
6. Performance Management
7. Policies and Procedures

Required Skills:

2. Catering business supervisory skills
3. Customer service focus
4. IT proficiency for MS Word, Excel and Outlook
5. Communication skills
6. Writing skill
7. Other languages such as Tagalog and Hindi are desirable.
