Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- A relevant teaching qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent)
- Montessori training or experience is a plus
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a nursery or early childhood setting
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Experience with both structured and unstructured play-based learning
Skills:
- Passionate about working with young children and fostering a supportive learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a collaborative team
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 2-5 years
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Monitor and assess children's progress and well-being
- Support the social, emotional, and developmental needs of each child
