Job description

Internal Interaction Relationship:

• Sales Supervisor
• Retail Sales Manager
• Sales Area Manager
• Wholesales & e-commerce team
• Employees of EC as required

External Interaction Relationship:

• Customers

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customers' questions and inquiries regarding available products.
• Provide detailed information regarding the brand to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
• Introduce newly arrived products to customers and guide them with the usage of the products, as required.
• Encourage customers to make additional purchases to ensure that sales targets are met.
• Ensure that the 4Ps of marketing are kept into account.
• Scan each item, ensuring that the correct price has been displayed, and total all items.
• Understand and promote company programs.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Ensure that shelf stock is clean and that the stock is not expired or damaged.
• Perform other assignments as required from management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

• Meeting Sales Targets
• Customer satisfaction

Requirements

Qualification:

• A college level or equivalent is a MUST. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Female Applicants

Experience:

• (0-1) years previous experience in cosmetics and skin care products.
• (0-1) years in retail, sales, and marketing.
